Extremely welcoming branch, Tom especially i extend many thanks to just for making the entire process just so seemingly effortless for us and a special thanks for the Xmas card, overall it was the best experience we could of hoped for in all honesty I couldn't of hoped for it to go any smoother and as comfortable as it did, absolutely great bunch of people very polite and generous, you guys were amazing to say the least and again especially Tom so thankyou so much for everything, and yes I can definitely see myself returning in the future, best of luck and best wishes.

Easy car purchase ... nothing was too much trouble. Patient with questions and always with a genuine welcome. Special mention for Tom who was attentive but at no point pressuring us. We were looking for a new car for my wife. We’d visited our “local” dealer who couldn’t have been less interested. We visited Llandudno Kia late on a Sunday afternoon when they were probably thinking of home - but how different they were very interested in helping even allowing a short road test. We were so impressed we went back the following day and placed our order. Would highly recommend

All the staff without exception were so pleasant, welcoming to me and my wife when we visited Kia/Honda Llandudno dealership. In particular due to being the Kia Motability salesperson Tom was amazing throughout and was exceptionally knowledgeable of the several models available. We chose the Kia Sportage model and hopeful that we will collect it in the near future. What a wonderful company and staff. I have a Honda CRV at present in which had been serviced and MOT over the past two years by this dealership and knew as a result that period that I would be treated as a valued customer, which we were. Thank you Tom and all the lovely staff for your patience in which time was never a problem when I asked so many questions about the Sportage before ordering that very day. Keep up the excellent service and the company will go from strength to strength. Great staff and they allowed us a 24 test drive and yes we did order a new Kia Sportage. Plus they gave us a decent cup of coffee. Llandudno Kia is not a multi national garage it's a independent family owned garage.

Whilst we were on holiday we had an engine fault light appear on our Kia Niro. We were using the car daily for travelling so knew we needed to get this looked at.
We called this Kia dealership and explained the situation, they took details and booked us in without hesitation the next day.They ran a full diagnostic check and even though they were unable to correct the fault due to us travelling and needing the car.They explained their findings and advised us what to do in the meantime and once we returned back home.From start to finish we found them to be friendly and professional, they kept us updated throughout the day.Just wanted to say thank you for your assistance and help, with us being so far away from home.
